Holly Newson
Nurse Injector + Clinical Instructor
Holly Newson is an Owner, Nurse Injector and Clinical Instructor at Visage Medical Aesthetics Regina. She has over 23 years experience working in Plastic Surgery, Orthopaedics, Oncology, Acute Care and autonomously in challenging environments.
With her continued advanced training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers and bio stimulant treatments, her skills and experience drive Holly to design and deliver the highest quality medical aesthetic services to her clients.
At VMA, with her primary focus on client safety, Holly offers a comprehensive range of award-winning Health Canada Approved medical aesthetic treatments for men and women which incur minimal downtime and focuses on “The Golden Ratio of natural beauty”. Holly is trained in providing BELA MD treatments.
We couldn’t be prouder to have Holly as one of our professional practitioners at VMA, as she has a love for all things related to medical aesthetics which result in enhancing and rejuvenating features.
Tina Cuthbert
Owner + Registered Nurse Injector
Tina Cuthbert is an Owner and Nurse Injector at Visage Medical Aesthetics Regina. Tina and her husband Craig have owned and operated the original VMA in Swift Current, SK since 2021. Her dream to expand the clinic occurred, with the opening of VMA. Tina has over 8 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, working in Oncology, Orthopedics, Medical Surgical, Women’s & Children and Public Health.
Tina is certified and trained in neuromodulators, threads, dermal fillers, bio stimulant, Plexr Plus and PRP. Growing up in the Regina area, Tina is thrilled to offer a complete experience to her clients, and she looks forward to welcoming you to the new space!

Dr. Koos Roussouw

Introducing Dr. Roussouw, our esteemed Medical Director at Visage. With his exceptional expertise in emergency medicine and his unwavering dedication to patient care, Dr. Roussouw is a true asset to our team. As a highly respected ER doctor in Regina, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our clinic. Dr. Roussouw’s calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations is commendable, as he consistently ensures that his patients receive the best possible care. His exceptional leadership and ability to make quick, well-informed decisions make him a trusted and respected figure in the medical community. Dr. Roussouw’s commitment to excellence and his compassionate approach to patient care have earned him the admiration of both his colleagues and patients alike. We are privileged to have Dr. Roussouw as our Medical Director, and his presence inspires confidence and trust in our clinic.
Anna Raynard
Medical Aesthetician
From a young age, Anna has been extremely passionate about makeup, skincare, and skin improvement. She would always research different products and routines online and loved trying anything new; often stealing her mom’s supplies to do it. She has always had a passion for helping people, which led her to go into a Psychology program immediately after graduating. After three years of this, she realized it wasn’t fulfilling her in the way she had hoped and did some self-reflection only to remember that her true passion was, and always has been, skincare. In 2021, she decided to turn her passion into a career by enrolling in the Clinical Aesthetics Program at NIWE Academy in Calgary.
After completing her program in August of 2021, she ecstatically jumped into the workforce as an esthetician at Skoah, doing facials and refining her technique and expertise. She is adept at Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Hydrafacials, BELA MD, RF Body Contouring and Skin Tightening, Laser Hair Removal and Laser Facials, IPL, Advanced Facials, and massage. Her goal in the treatment room is to educate clients about their skin and let them know what they can do at home and in treatment to achieve their skin goals. After struggling with her own skin health for years, Anna believes everyone should be able to feel comfortable in their own skin, and her personal goal is to have you leave feeling even more beautiful and confident than when you came in!
